📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock records.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Implement and enforce inventory policies and procedures to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and work with the team to optimize stock levels.
• Use inventory management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar to track and manage inventory.
• Provide regular reports and updates on inventory status and performance to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or a related role.
• Proven experience with inventory management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of inventory control best practices and standards.
• Certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
