📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle reservations and manage the front desk with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
• Assist with table setup and cleanup to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote our menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve service skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a fine dining or steakhouse environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in using reservation and point-of-sale systems such as OpenTable, ResDiary, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with food and beverage industry standards and practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional hospitality training or certifications a plus.
