📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and prepare a variety of signature cocktails and mocktails, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop beverage pairings that complement our menu items.
• Manage inventory and ensure the bar is stocked with premium ingredients and supplies.
• Train and mentor new staff members on cocktail techniques and bar operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, incorporating new ideas into our beverage menu.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Participate in regular inventory checks and restocking to maintain optimal bar operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mixologist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in using cocktail shakers, blenders, and other essential bar tools.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for mixology and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
