📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure all tax obligations are met.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Experience with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
