Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with the hiring team to schedule and conduct interviews, including technical and cultural fit assessments.,Coordinate with the HR team to manage the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process and candidate performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech or design-related role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.,Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Portuguese and English is a plus.
