📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing client relationships, including maintaining client databases and coordinating communication with international clients.
• Support the marketing team by assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials in Mandarin.
• Help with the organization and coordination of events and conferences, including assisting with logistics and communication with international attendees.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on Mandarin communication.
• Support the finance team by assisting with the preparation of financial reports and forecasts, with a focus on understanding and communicating financial data in Mandarin.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans, with a focus on understanding and communicating business objectives in Mandarin.
• Help with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, with a focus on understanding and communicating job requirements and company culture in Mandarin.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees, with a focus on understanding and communicating training objectives and materials in Mandarin.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a business-related role, preferably in an international context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
