📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Compile and analyze large loan data to generate accurate and timely reports for regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Use Oracle Hyperion, SAP, and Excel to create and maintain financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify trends and patterns in loan data to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and update reporting templates and processes.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on reporting procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion, SAP, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and banking practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Certification in financial reporting or data analysis is a plus.
