Head of Group Quality, Risk & Sustainability (Bali, Indonesia)

Thomson Hospitals is seeking a visionary Head of Group Quality, Risk & Sustainability to lead our strategic initiatives in quality management, risk mitigation, and sustainability across our expanding healthcare network in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the development and implementation of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce our environmental impact and promote sustainability within our healthcare network.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of our quality management and risk mitigation systems, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Quality, Risk, and Sustainability teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive the growth and success of our healthcare network.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Represent the Quality, Risk, and Sustainability function at internal and external stakeholder meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, risk management, or sustainability, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant quality and sustainability standards is a plus.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including Joint Commission International (JCI) and other relevant accreditation standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives, and to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
