📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium teas and coffees, including bubble teas, using high-quality ingredients and equipment.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other specialized equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring usage.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on new products and trends to continuously improve the menu offerings.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques, including espresso, drip, and specialty drinks.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other related equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
