📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the Public Health Division, overseeing a team of health professionals and ensuring the effective implementation of health programs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based public health strategies to address the health needs of the community in Pangkal Pinang.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of health programs, ensuring they meet established goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with local health authorities, NGOs, and international organizations to develop and execute comprehensive health initiatives.
• Conduct regular assessments of public health data, identifying trends and patterns to inform policy decisions.
• Represent the Bangka Belitung Provincial Health Office at regional and national health forums, advocating for the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with national and international health regulations and guidelines.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Public Health Division, encouraging professional development and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public health, with a proven track record in leading health programs and initiatives.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of health professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using public health software and tools, such as Epi Info, GIS mapping software, and health information systems.
• Certification in public health management or a related field is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in policy development and advocacy in the health sector.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
