📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring that they are productive and motivated.,Ensure that the team meets its goals and objectives.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the team.,Monitor the performance of the team and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure that the team is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that the team's work is integrated with the overall goals of the company.,Attend and participate in team meetings and other relevant events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a team leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Experience in developing and implementing training programs.,Experience in monitoring and evaluating team performance.,Experience in working with other departments to ensure integration of work.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
