Hotel Zahra Coffee is looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Tenggarong. As a Supply Chain Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, and logistics of our operations. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supply chain management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed.
