Moon Glow Jaya is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development and a commitment to helping our team members grow both personally and professionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their training goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
