📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.
  • Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to meet project requirements.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the procurement team and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
