As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and innovative dishes that cater to our customers' tastes and preferences. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our food is of the highest quality and that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menu ideas that are both creative and customer-friendly.,Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to health and safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Monitor food costs and ensure that the kitchen operates within budget.,Participate in regular quality control checks to ensure consistency in food preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
