Planning Engineer (Civil & Structure)

As a Planning Engineer (Civil & Structure) at Artans Construction, you will be responsible for creating detailed construction plans and schedules. You will use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera to design and manage construction projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop comprehensive construction plans, schedules, and strategies for civil and structural projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera to design and manage construction projects.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate civil and structural designs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and managing construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Valid professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
