Prima Permata Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to our management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in scheduling meetings and managing the executive calendar.,Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up materials.,Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.,Manage the executive's travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.,Maintain and update the executive's files and records.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the executive team.,Provide general administrative support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with travel arrangements and logistics is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
