📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the health center.
• Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Ensure that all healthcare services are provided in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the health center, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and activities.
• Ensure that the health center complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Represent the health center at meetings and conferences, both locally and nationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, laws, and guidelines.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
