Overseeing the quality control processes to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.,Leading and mentoring the QC team to maintain high performance and productivity.,Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.,Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Collaborating with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Training and developing QC team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Proven track record of improving quality control processes and outcomes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
