📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process to ensure all products meet the required standards.,Lead and mentor a team of QC inspectors, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Provide training and development opportunities for the QC team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and inspection, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with electronic components and manufacturing processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
