Quick Mart Berjaya is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Nusa Dua. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resources management. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience in HR to gain practical experience and develop their skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.,Help with the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages (written and spoken).,Attention to detail and organizational skills.
