📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure that vehicles are available for clients when needed.,Monitor and report on vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and other key metrics.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for drivers and other fleet personnel.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to the vehicle fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
