📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Ability to travel frequently for store visits and meetings.
