📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration units.
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, such as electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Maintain and repair building infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed on time and within budget.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to building occupants and other staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC and building maintenance.
• Certification in HVAC systems, such as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or Building Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems (EMS) is a plus.
