📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
• Provide exceptional room service, including delivering food and beverages to guest rooms.
• Ensure guest rooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with amenities as required.
• Assist with special requests and arrangements, such as event setup and coordination.
• Promote the hotel's amenities and services to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the guest rooms and public areas.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Steward or similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often with multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for long periods of time.
