📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve operational and sales targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven experience in sales and marketing in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
