📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitor performance of team members and provide constructive feedback.,Maintain a safe and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Handle employee scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns promptly.,Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Proven track record of successful team management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.,Experience in a similar role at Port Up Indonesia is a plus.
