📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the food stall, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.,Manage and train a team of staff to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the stall.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a similar role in Bali is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Food safety certification (e.g.HACCPServSafe) is a plus.Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
