CV Sumber Berkah is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving targets and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and a passion for building customer relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide training and coaching to junior sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and sales management software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
