📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic learning and development programs aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions to address them.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.
