Hokian Elsa Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by promoting our menu items and special offers to customers.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Process orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Assist in inventory management and restocking to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales performance.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documentation.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.,Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid ID and clean driving license (if applicable).,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
