📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure high standards of instruction.,Evaluate and improve training materials and methods based on feedback and performance metrics.,Collaborate with the HR team to align training programs with organizational goals.,Conduct needs assessments and design customized training solutions.,Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training and development methodologies and tools.,Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
